Meet Brittany Bair: Your Outer Banks Real Estate Expert
Why I’m Different:
I’ve been passionate about real estate my entire life. I was putting Barbie in her dream house and building Lego homes since I was young. I loved to help my mom put stamps on just sold postcards, use the typewriter any chance I got and during her open houses I gave my best tours to prospective clients. For me, real estate was never a career choice; it was how I was raised. My mother is still a Realtor today and I have been honored that she has shared her wealth of knowledge with me throughout the years. This shared passion for the business led us to start our own company Coastside Properties, who has teamed up with Keller Williams Realty in an effort to provide top quality buying, selling, rental management and investment guidance here on the Outer Banks.
When I moved to the Outer Banks in 2011, I managed vacation rental properties with an inventory of over 150+ homes from Corolla to South Nags Head. My experience in helping homeowners to maximize revenue, create a desirable online presence for renters, create a memorable experience for their guests and be a trusted local resource allows me to be a well rounded real estate agent and manager, as investment homes are the focus of my business.
From managing your rental property, to listing it for sale, I am there to help every step of the way. I have combined my love for property management and sales into one business model and I couldn’t be more grateful for the clients who choose me to help them navigate this market.
I Believe in Giving Back:
I am a firm believer in giving back to the local community. A portion of my yearly transactions go to various local charities on behalf of my clients. This includes The Beach Food Pantry, Outer Banks Relief Foundation, Corolla Wild Horse Fund, Angel Tree and Wounded Warrior programs of the Outer Banks. I also have a true passion for animals and love contributing to the local SPCA in any way I can.
In My Free Time:
I love living a simple life on the island. From searching for seaglass, fishing with my husband Mike, stand up paddle boarding, morning yoga or long walks with my Goldendoodle Jetty, the beach is my happy place. When I am not at the beach, my children keep me busy with soccer practice, bounce houses, trips to Chick-Fil-A and chasing them around this island at full speed. You may see us around at our favorite local spots, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, Eckner beach access, Kill Devil Grill, the Blue Point back bar or Nags Head Woods on the nature trails.
